You receive one year of free support with a new purchase.
Is Support required?
Support is obviously highly recommended but it is not required. However, Hosting services require that you maintain an ongoing Support plan.
What about refunds?
Sorry, no refunds are available.
Can I change my plans at any time?
You can always change your anniversary date and add or remove users. The amount will be pro-rated to your current or new anniversary date.
What is my anniversary date?
The anniversary date is the date you place your order.
When are the Support and Hosting fees due?
Both the Support and Hosting fees are paid annually and are due on your anniversary date.
What if I’m late on a payment?
If you decide to discontinue using Visions, all hosting and support services will cease on your anniversary date.
Can I have Visions customized?
You can always request customization for a perfect fit. Just send us a note with the details.

What if I have more than one company?
The Visions functionality allows you to configure a branch as an additional company and receive separate financials. If however you require an additional MySQL database for logistical or other reasons, you will need to purchase an additional Visions license to run the other company.
What if I do not want to choose Hosting?
Then you must meet our minimum requirements.
Please note: We do not support this configuration. All support for installation and ongoing maintenance must be obtained locally.
