ROBERT SHIELDS,  Founder and CEO

Founder and CEO Bob Shields has over 25 years of software design, programming and training experience within the wholesale distribution and manufacturing industries. As the project’s architect, Bob personally directs the Dev Team to provide our clients constant, ongoing, never-ending improvement giving our clients functionality for today and also the future.

Bob designed Visions as a single software program with Accounting, Customer Relationship Management, Shopping Cart and Help Center. It is a very unique program with extreme time-saving features found in no other accounting software package. Access is through any computer browser with internet capability. Visions can be installed on Windows, Linux and Macintosh servers, and can be hosted on any internet web server.

Bob holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from Penn State University, State College, Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Divinity from Covington Theological Seminary, Covington, Georgia.

CARRIE SHIELDS, President and Chief Operating Officer

Carrie oversees all company operations, including marketing services, administration, product development, client training, service and support. She was the visionary for our “Community” version (launching June 2012) spearheading Visions’ industry penetration which drives the company’s success.

Carrie brings a highly successful career experience as a CEO of Causeway Studio, Inc, President of Precision Art and Operations Management over a span of 30 years. Most recently her accomplishments include Sr. Manager of Product Development for a leading e-commerce solution provider. For software development, we use Rally; a project management software for Agile methodology. Her skills allow her to coordinate across multi-level management teams and directly with our programming staff.

VANESSA SHIELDS, Director of Operations

Vanessa brings with her extensive customer support experience working within the Austin School District and Apple Customer Support Group.  As Director of Operations, Vanessa manages the interactive training modules and Help Center routing.

As more business is conducted over the Internet, a new type of customer support is emerging. Vanessa’s goal is to provide instant, intuitive, online answers to common questions. She supervises all software documentation, software Help Center links and on-demand training videos. Vanessa is building  a customer support team who can assist with software deployment, live training and Help Center Support.

TERESA CHRISTENSON,  Director of Customer Service

Teresa relies on her extensive customer service skills and experience in planning and accomplishing goals.  She oversees all aspects of our organization’s customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives.  Develops and establishes procedures and policies governing customer correspondence.

As Director of Customer Service, Teresa manages our customer’s expectations to provide information in response to inquiries.

Teresa knows Customer Service is critical to the success of any organization that deals with clients. Strong Customer Service can build sales and visibility as companies try to distinguish themselves from competitors.

 

DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Our Dev Team is highly experienced, developing web applications with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) and have been consistently rendering bug free, quality applications and websites for our clients.
